Accepted Methods of Payment

Credit Cards that are accepted include Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.   We also accept PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay.  Credit card charges to your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.  

Order Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, Monday – Friday 10 am – 7 pm EST.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
  • USPS
  • UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Backorders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At NEED A MEDIC we take pride in each of our products but beyond that, we take ultimate pride in you getting the results you are desiring. If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, we have a no hassle 100% money back guarantee.  We kindly ask that you cover the shipping cost of the items back to us and they are returned within 30 days for the a full refund.

Our Return Process

Visit our support page and request that you would like to return your products. Briefly, explain to our support agents, your issue and they will provide a return label so you may begin the process detailed below.

1. Please email info@woocommerce-1076517-3767180.cloudwaysapps.com to request a refund or visit our contact page to submit our contact form.

2. Pack up the item you’re returning. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt received upon initial delivery.

3. You may ship the package back to the address below any way you would like, ie. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.  You will be responsible for postage back to NEED A MEDIC.

4. Mail your returned item.
